Helpful linksFirst, people always ask me “what workshop do we recommend someone take when they begin their real estate investing education?”  The answer is always the same…it depends.  Factors to consider include: prior real estate experience, available time, access to capital, available credit, business connections, risk tolerance, financial objectives, etc.  All of these variables and more play a key role in determining which strategies are best suited for you.

We personally rely heavily on the Texas Double Wrap as a cash generating strategy (hard to beat making $25,000 - $35,000 per deal on around $1,000 investment with no loans or credit required).  This is an absolutely fantastic strategy for the current market and allows for an almost inexhaustible supply of deal flow.  We then take the cash generated from those deals and use most of it (you have to live a little) to buy Texas Tax Liens or look for good deals at the Foreclosure Auctions to buy and hold for long term wealth accumulation.
